custom gummy bands are made from the choices you submit and are final sale once custom work starts.

we replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect because of us. send a message through the contact page with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.

wrong watch size, misspelled custom text, wrong color choice, or changed minds are not refundable when they match the order submitted.

if an order has not entered custom work yet, message as soon as possible. changes are not promised.
